• Unit: Operating Room
• Documentation System: Cerner
• Scheduling: Variable schedule with call required
• Floating Policy: May float to other departments
• Dress Code: Scrubs provided by facility

Required Skills and Experience

• Must have a skill level of 3 or higher in joint, neuro, and ortho surgeries (no exceptions)
• Broad surgical knowledge with experience in:

  • General surgery
  • Gynecology (GYN)
  • Robotics
  • Neurosurgery
  • Orthopedics
  • Plastic surgery
  • Urology
  • Burn and trauma surgery
• Advanced skills required for variable procedures performed on the unit

Certifications

• BLS (Basic Life Support) required
