Description

Job Opportunity: L&D Nurse - Bridgeport, Connecticut

Employment Type: Long Term
Contract Length: 13 weeks


Shift Details

  • Nights, 3 shifts per week, 12 hours each (7 PM - 7 AM)
  • Call requirement: 12-24 hours on-call every 6 weeks
  • Every other weekend and holiday coverage as needed

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1 year experience working in Labor & Delivery (L&D) or Postpartum (preference for experience in both)
  • Experience in Circulating and PACU roles
  • EPIC experience preferred

Certifications

  • NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program) required
  • BLS (Basic Life Support) required
  • ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) preferred
  • C-EFM (Certified Electronic Fetal Monitoring) preferred
