Description

Registered Nurse (RN) - Contract Opportunity

Location: Corvallis, Oregon
Specialty: Nursing

Contract Length: 13 weeks

Job Summary

Provide safe, age-appropriate, direct and indirect patient care using the nursing process.
Practice within the scope of the Oregon State Board of Nursing.
Perform data entry for billing and log case data into the department's digital archive.
Support staffing needs of the Progressive Care Unit (PCU) and Emergency Department (ED) Boarders as needed (PRN).

Experience / Education / Qualifications

Current, unencumbered Oregon RN license required.
Healthcare Provider Level BLS certification required.
ACLS certification required for Interventional Care.
Verification of high school diploma or equivalent required (per College of American Pathologists requirements for moderate complexity testing).
Recent acute care experience required (Emergency Department, Progressive Care Unit, or Intensive Care Unit).

This position is ideal for RNs with acute care experience looking for a contract role in Oregon supporting PCU and ED units.
