Unit Information

• Unit: Case Management
• Number of Beds: 103
• Patient Ratios: 1:18
• Staffing: Director, Lead Case Manager, Case Managers, Social Worker
• Equipment: Desktop, iMobile for documentation
• Documentation Systems: Meditech, Midas, naviHealth
• Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM, some weekends required
• Floating Policy: Not applicable
• Dress Code: Appropriate work attire (not scrubs)

Required Qualifications

• Current RN License (Florida)
• Case Management experience
• BLS certification

Unit Responsibilities & Procedures

• Assessments for patient placement
• Discussions with patients and family members
