Description

Travel RN Opportunity - Psychiatric Inpatient Care

Location: Dayton, Ohio
Specialty: Registered Nurse (RN)

Job Description

Provide direct and indirect patient care using the nursing process: assessment, planning, intervention, and evaluation.
Develop nursing care plans in coordination with patients, families, and interdisciplinary staff.
Communicate changes in patient clinical condition with physicians, nursing supervisors/managers, and co-workers.
Participate in the discharge planning process.

Requirements

Minimum 2 years recent experience in an inpatient psychiatric setting.
Current ACLS and BLS certifications (American Heart Association).
CPI certification required.
Valid Ohio RN license or multi-state RN license.

Contract Length

13 weeks

Additional Notes

Facility setting and work schedule details to be confirmed.
May require floating to other units.
EMR system and dress code information to be provided.
Interview and selection process may involve multiple organizational contacts.
Candidates with pending state licenses may be considered.
Previous experience at the facility (permanent or contract) is relevant.
