Respiratory Therapist - Springfield, Vermont (Temp)

Job Details

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years current RRT experience (required)
• Travel experience highly preferred
• Critical access hospital experience preferred
• Facility will consider RRTs at 89 and CRTs at 85
• Must have a permanent address included in traveler profile
• Traveler must have their own vehicle
• Any requested time off (RTO) must be included in profile at submission; no more than 5 days of RTO allowed (less is better)
• Scheduling requests must be made at time of submission; no scheduling requests accepted after offer
• Work history required
• Skills checklist pertinent to position, current within 1 year
• One supervisory signed reference from within the past two years of employment
• License and certifications must be uploaded with profile

Certifications Required

• ACLS (AHA)
• BLS (AHA)
• NBRC
• PALS (AHA)

Patient Population

• Pediatric to Geriatric (minimal pediatrics but experience required)

Additional Information

• Non-billable orientation: 0 hours
• Overtime paid at flat hourly rate
• Call-back and holiday pay applies
• Charge responsibilities not applicable for this need

• 25-bed critical access hospital
• Offers 24-hour emergency care, general surgery, hospitalist program
• Comprehensive inpatient and outpatient services including Adult Day Program, Physical Therapy, and Rehabilitation
• Medical specialties: ENT, orthopaedics and sports medicine, cosmetic & reconstructive surgery, urology, psychiatry
• Specialty clinics for cardiology, medical oncology, and infusion services in collaboration with regional medical centers
• Inpatient psychiatric services offered at a nearby 10-bed inpatient facility
