Unit Information

• Unit: Operating Room
• Number of Beds: 10 ORs (Hospital licensed for 330 beds)
• Number of Staff: Approximately 50
• Shifts:

  • Day Shift: RNs, STs, UAs
  • Night Shift: Call team
• Patient Ratios: 1:1
• Equipment: DaVinci Robot, Endovascular Suite, Neurospine Microscope, Hysteroscopy Pump
• EMR System: Altera

Required Skills & Experience

• Minimum 2 years of experience in specialty (RN)
• Experience with:

  • Orthopedics
  • Total joints
  • General surgery
  • Robotics
  • Basic endovascular skills
  • Urology
  • Neuro (preferred for call coverage)

Work Environment & Schedule
