Travel RN - Dialysis (with ICU Experience)

Location: Key West, Florida
Employment Type: Travel

Job Details

Specialty: Registered Nurse (RN) - Dialysis
Shift: Days (Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM)
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Start Date: ASAP

Requirements

Years of Experience: Minimum 2 years in Dialysis nursing
Certifications:
- ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support)
- BLS (Basic Life Support)
- NIHSS (National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale)
Experience:
- Dialysis experience required
- ICU experience required
- Knowledge of Tablo dialysis device preferred
Licensing: AHCA Fingerprinting required for Florida placements
Prior Travel Experience: Not explicitly required

Job Description

Provide care to dialysis patients using the Nursing Process in accordance with state Nurse Practice Act and hospital policies
Demonstrate critical thinking, scientific judgment, and leadership for safe delivery of care
Maintain clinical competencies through continuing education
Delegate patient care priorities based on staff education and experience
Provide direction and supervision to assigned personnel delivering patient care

Additional Notes

Housing within 50 miles of the facility must be secured prior to acceptance, and address provided
Must be prepared to review potential housing and housing costs before acceptance
