Description

Job Opportunity: Cath Lab Tech (with EP Experience)

Location: Morgantown, West Virginia
Contract Length: 13 weeks

Required Certifications

BLS
ACLS
WVRT license
ARRT (R), ARRT (CI), or ARRT (VI) certification

Experience Requirements

Experience with Impella, IABP, INARI devices
Electrophysiology (EP) experience including PVC, PT, Cryo or transeptal ablations
Laser lead extractions and device work
Proficiency with EP recording systems
Experience with Toshiba, Carto, Abbott equipment

Job Duties

Scrub and document cases
Stock rooms
Assist physicians with all EP procedures
Monitor and circulate cases in EP
Use EP recording systems

Work Environment

Unit: Cath Lab Tech with EP experience
3 Cath Labs / suites
Average 15-18 cases per day
Cardiovascular patient population

Scheduling & Shifts

Four 10-hour shifts per week (day or afternoon shifts)
Rotating shifts: 6:00 AM to 4:30 PM or 9:00 AM to 7:30 PM
On-call hours: 4:30 PM to 6:00 AM
Call response time: 30 minutes
Call required on weeknights, weekends, and holidays

Additional Information

Floating limited to Cath Lab & EP only
OR scrubs provided daily
Unit-specific orientation provided
