Description

MRI Tech Travel Opportunity - Wichita, Kansas

Employment Type: Travel
Contract Length: 13 weeks

Unit Information

Location: MRI Hillside Unit, 1st Floor
Number of MRI units: 3
Staff: 12 total
- Day Shift: 5 techs on 1st floor
- Night Shift: 2.5 techs on 2nd floor, 1 tech on 3rd floor
Patient Volume: Approximately 32 MRI exams per day (April average)
Equipment: GE MRI machines (including 2 new GE Artist machines)
EMR System: Meditech

Job Requirements

Certifications:
- ARRT (MR) Certification
- BLS Certification
Experience:
- Minimum 2 years of experience as an MRI Tech
Skills:
- Must be MRI registered
- Preferred experience with GE equipment
- Preferred Level 1 trauma and critical care experience

Typical Procedures

MRI and MRA scans of all body parts except breast

Work Schedule

Monday to Friday, 3 PM to 11 PM
