Description

Travel RN Opportunity - Operating Room

Location: Arlington, Texas
Employment Type: Travel Contract
Contract Length: 13 weeks

Unit Information

Unit: Operating Room
Number of Beds: 10 ORs
Shifts: Call between 4-6 shifts per month
Shift Needs:
- Day Shift: RNs and Techs
- Night Shift: RNs and Techs

Required Skills and Experience

Specialty: Registered Nurse (RN) in Perioperative (PeriOp) care
Must have completed PeriOp 101
Experience required in orthopedic and trauma cases
Certifications required:
- ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support)
- BLS (Basic Life Support)
Licensure: Valid Registered Nurse License
Minimum Years of Experience: 1 year in specialty

Preferred Qualifications

Certified Surgical Technologists (CSTs) with ortho and trauma experience preferred

Additional Information

Typical procedures involve orthopedic and trauma cases
Dress code: Scrubs (specific color/attire not specified)
Weekend and on-call shifts may be required
