Travel RN Opportunity - Behavioral Health Unit

Location: Hopewell, Virginia

Number of Staff: 46
Shift Staffing:
- Day Shift: 1 charge nurse, 4 RNs, 3 Mental Health Technicians (MHTs)
- Night Shift: 4 RNs, 3 MHTs
Patient Ratio: 1:8
EMR System: Meditech
Equipment: None specified

Requirements

Licensure: Registered Nurse License (RN)
Certifications:
- BLS (Basic Life Support)
- Crisis Prevention Intervention Training (CPI Blue Card)
Experience: Minimum 2 years in specialty (Acute Care experience within the past 12 months required)
Preferred: Additional training in Behavioral Health field
Soft Skills: Compassionate, kind, motivated, understanding of mental illness

Additional Information

Dress Code: Scrubs in turquoise or black
Personality Fit: Patient-centered, motivated to help others during difficult times
