Location: Derry, New Hampshire
Contract Length: 13 weeks

Unit Information

• Unit: Progressive Care Unit (PCU)
• Beds: 20
• Staff: 5 RNs & 2 LNAs (flex with volume)
• Shifts:

  • Day Shift: 5 RNs
  • Night Shift: 5 RNs
• Patient Ratios: 4:1
• Equipment: GE cardiac monitoring, Hospira IV pumps
• EMR System: Expanse

Required Skills & Experience

• Strong dysrhythmia recognition skills
• Critical drip experience
• Minimum 2 years PCU experience (preferred)
• Pre/post cardiac cath and pacer patient care experience (preferred)
• Prior experience with HCA Healthcare (preferred)

Certifications & Licenses

• Active Registered Nurse License (Compact license required at submission)
• BLS (Basic Life Support)
• ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support)
• NIH Certification

• Floating Areas: Med Surg, ICU (for border patients), Emergency Department (for ED holds)
• Dress Code: Professional scrubs, no required color
