Nursing Contract Opportunity

Location: Great Falls, Montana
Employment Type: Contract

Job Description

Patient to Staff Ratio: 5:1
Provide nursing care using the nursing process: assessment, planning, intervention, implementation, and evaluation
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure effective patient care and achieve desired outcomes
Interact effectively with patients and their significant others while maintaining professional nursing standards
Care for pediatric and adult patients before and after surgical procedures and with a broad range of medical conditions
Assess and implement established policies and procedures with minimal supervision
Act as a clinical leader and assist with precepting staff
Provide direct care from admission to discharge, including discharge planning
Give direction to LPNs, CNAs, Housekeeping, and Dietary staff
Receive direction from Providers, Charge Nurse, Acute Care Director, and CNO
