Description

Job Opportunity: Emergency Room RN - Night Shift

Location: Great Falls, Montana
Employment Type: Contract

Position Overview

Provide direct and indirect patient care in the emergency care setting.
Demonstrate initiative, flexibility, and responsibility with minimal supervision.
Safely, rapidly, and accurately triage patients based on physical and psychosocial needs and factors affecting patient flow.
Communicate effectively with ER Physicians and Advanced Practice Providers (APP) regarding patient status, symptoms, and diagnostic results.
Respond quickly and accurately to changes in patient condition or treatment response.
Collaborate with patients, families, physicians, APP providers, allied health staff, and other healthcare professionals.
Provide direction to Emergency Department techs, registration staff, and allied health staff.
Receive direction from Emergency Department Leader, Providers, and Chief Nursing Officer.
