Job Description

Join a compassionate and patient-focused team providing physical therapy services in a fast-paced retirement community. This 13-week contract is ideal for a Physical Therapist who enjoys working with older adults across skilled nursing, personal care, and independent living settings.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality physical therapy evaluations and treatments for residents
• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans to improve mobility, safety, and quality of life
• Collaborate with rehab team, nursing staff, and other healthcare partners
• Document services using Net Health (training provided if needed)
• Support a positive, resident-centered culture within the therapy department

Requirements

• Valid Physical Therapist license in Pennsylvania (PA) in good standing
• Experience in senior care
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Flexible, compassionate, and professional approach to care
• Two-step PPD or TB skin test within 30 days of start date
• CPR certification through The American Heart Association or The Red Cross
• Covid vaccination records or exemption
• Background check and fingerprinting
• Physical exam performed by a physician, physician assistant, or nurse practitioner
