Job Description

• Provide individualized care for safe and effective recovery from a variety of conditions including stroke and orthopedic surgery.
• Services include inpatient and outpatient rehabilitation such as:

  • Arthritis treatment
  • Compression garment measurements
  • Craniosacral therapy
  • Ergonomics
  • Functional capacity evaluations
  • Gait disturbances
  • Lee Silverman Voice Treatment (LSVT) for Parkinson's
  • Lymphedema treatment
  • Neurological disorders treatment
  • Occupational therapy for upper extremities
  • Orthopedics
  • Orthotic fabrications (temporary and permanent)
  • Pelvic therapy and incontinence rehabilitation (male and female)
  • Physical therapy
  • Post-concussion treatment
  • Post-surgical therapy
  • Splint fabrication
  • Speech therapy (language and swallowing disorders)
  • Vestibular and balance services
• Electronic Medical Record system used: EPIC

Scheduling and Time Off

• Requested time off (RTO) must be noted and verified at submission.
• No more than 5 days of RTO will be accepted; less is preferred.
• Scheduling requests must be made at the time of submission; no requests will be approved after offer.
• Candidates residing within 50 miles of the facility will not be considered.

Requirements

• Must have own vehicle
• Cover page, work history, and one supervisory reference from within the past two years required
• License and certifications as required by the posting
• BLS (AHA) certification required
• New Hampshire state license required (compact license allowed)
