Description

Emergency Room Travel Position

Contract Length: 13 weeks

Schedule:

12-hour rotating shifts
Shift times: 11a-11p / 3p-3a / 7p-7a
Orientation held biweekly
Schedule requests approved at manager's discretion

Experience Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of Emergency Room experience (higher value confirmed)
Prior travel experience is required

Certifications Required (must be current and included at time of submission):

BLS
ACLS
PALS
TNCC
AVADE or another nationally recognized de-escalation certification (e.g., Pro-Act, CPI, MOAB)

Preferred Experience:

Cerner EMR experience

Additional Information:

VT license must be applied for upon acceptance
Work history must include correct health system name & campus, bed count, EMR technology, facility type or trauma level (if applicable), and nurse-to-patient ratios
Employment gaps over 30 days must be explained or accounted for
Local candidates are not accepted
Own vehicle is encouraged due to limited public transportation access
