Job Opportunity: RN Cardiology (Long-Term Assignment)
Location: Syracuse, New York

Work Schedule
- 5 days per week, 8-hour shifts (40 hours/week)
- Shift hours: 07:00 AM – 03:30 PM
- No weekends, no holidays, no on-call
Job Requirements
- Cardiology nursing experience required
- BLS (Basic Life Support) certification required
- ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certification required
Required Credentials & Compliance (Must be completed prior to onboarding)
- COVID-19 Vaccine (including booster proof or approved exemption)
- MMR vaccination or immunity proof
- Fit Test (specific mask requirements)
- Hepatitis B vaccination series (proof of vaccination required; titers not accepted)
- Influenza vaccine or approved exemption (seasonal)
- 2 Step PPD OR IGRA (TB test) with chest x-ray if positive (per regional requirements)
- Varicella vaccination or immunity proof
- Physical/Health Statement confirming fitness to work (exam within last year)
- Drug Screen: 10-panel drug screen completed within 30 days of start (no THC)
Professional Documentation (Must be completed prior to or at onboarding)
- Resume and Skills Checklist (within the last year)
- 2 Professional References
- Confidentiality and Security Agreements
- Conflict of Interest Disclosure
- Criminal Background Check (last 7 years, including SSN verification)
- Education Verification (highest academic degree or diploma)
- EPLS (Excluded Parties List System) check
- OIG (Office of Inspector General) exclusion check
- Integrity and Audit Services Form
- Joint Commission CORE Exam (within last year)
- NSO (National Sex Offender) check
- System Access Form (completed and uploaded one week before start)
- Specialty Specific Competency Testing (completed within last year)
- License/Certificate Verification (dated within 30 days of start; state verification required)
- BLS Certification (front and back of card)
- Code of Conduct Form
- I9 Employment Eligibility Verification
