Job Opportunity: Registered Nurse (Travel/Contract)

Location: Dallas, Texas

Job Description & Requirements

  • Specialty Experience:

    • Endoscopy experience required, including:
      • EGD, Colonoscopy, Bronchoscopy, ERCP, Endoflip, ESD, POEM
      • Bronchoscopy (robotic assisted, rigid bronchs with stents, EBUS)
      • Advanced endoscopy procedures such as ERCP, EUS, Double Balloon, POEM, ION Robot, Motility (PH impedance, ATMOS pill cam, Bravo - both performing and reading)
  • Schedule:

    • Shift timing: 07:30 AM - 04:00 PM
    • No calls, no weekends, no holiday return to office (RTO)

Required Certifications

  • CPR (acceptable in lieu of BLS for LPNs, CNAs, and unlicensed candidates)
  • ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support) - AHA or ARC
  • BLS (Basic Life Support) - AHA or ARC
  • PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support) - based on job description
  • NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Procedure) - based on job description
  • State License - Copy of Professional License required prior to start
  • Tech Certification - if applicable

Compliance & Documentation Requirements

  • Background checks within 30 days of start, including:
    • SSN Trace, Death Index Search, Alias Name Search
    • County or Statewide Level checks for past 7 years
    • National Sex Offender Registry, National Criminal Database, Federal Criminal Court
    • FACIS Level 3 screening
    • EPLS/GSA/SAM, HHS/OIG monthly monitoring
    • OFAC Sanctions List Search monthly
  • Education verification of highest degree related to job requirements
  • Physical exam required prior to start and annually thereafter
  • Immunization and health documentation required:
    • Tetanus/Diphtheria/Tdap (within 10 years or approved declination)
    • Negative TB test or chest X-ray annually
    • TB Questionnaire annually
    • Measles, Mumps, Rubella vaccination or immunity documentation
    • Hepatitis B vaccination series or immunity documentation
    • Varicella vaccination or immunity documentation
    • Seasonal Flu vaccination or approved declination (mask required if declined)
  • Drug testing: Standard 10-panel prior to first assignment; retesting required if break in service
  • References and work history verification for last 7 years required
