Travel RN - Operating Room (OR)

Location: Lewiston, Idaho
Specialty: Registered Nurse (RN) - Operating Room

Job Description

Provide patient care in the Operating Room in collaboration with Surgeons, Anesthesiologists, OR Technicians, and other personnel.
Responsibilities include scheduling cases, ensuring supplies, managing case timeliness, communicating with families, updating physician preference cards, scrubbing and circulating surgical cases, and supervising personnel delivering patient care.
Work according to State Nurse Practice Act, AORN standards, physician orders, and hospital policies.

Requirements

Must have an active Idaho RN license or multi-state RN license.
Must hold current ACLS and BLS certifications (American Heart Association).
Minimum 3 years recent OR RN experience in a hospital setting.
Experience preferred in General Surgery, DaVinci robotic surgery, Orthopedics, robotic knee replacement, trauma, and neurology cases.
Able to work 8-hour day shifts (06:30 - 15:00), Monday through Friday, with call one day a week and one weekend per month.
