Travel RN Opportunity - Rehabilitation Specialty

Location: Waukesha, Wisconsin
Specialty: Rehabilitation Nursing (RN)
Employment Type: Travel

Job Overview

Work in a 40-bed state-of-the-art rehabilitation hospital focused on patients recovering from stroke, brain injury, neurological conditions, trauma, spinal cord injury, amputation, and orthopedic injury.
Provide customized, intense rehabilitation tailored to individual patient needs.
Facility is CARF-accredited for Stroke Specialty, Comprehensive Integrated Inpatient Rehabilitation, and Amputation Specialty Programs.

Position Details

Shift: Night shift (6:30 PM - 7:00 AM)
Weekly Hours: 36 hours guaranteed
Weekend Requirement: Every other weekend rotation
Call Requirement: Must call in as soon as possible or at least 3 hours before shift starts
Number of Openings: 1 RN

Requirements

Licensure: Valid RN licensure required
Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in rehabilitation nursing (highest required years of experience)
Skills:
- Must have experience in rehabilitation and medical-surgical nursing
- Preferred experience includes skilled nursing
Education: High school diploma minimum, RN licensure required
Personality Fit: Strong customer service skills

Patient Population & Environment

Patient population primarily rehabilitation patients
Use of Epic electronic health record system
40-bed facility

Contract Length

13 weeks
