Radiology / Cardiology Travel Contract - Chicago, Illinois
Job Details

Required Qualifications
- Graduation from a hospital-based two-year training program in Radiologic Technology or Associate’s Degree in Radiology Technology
- IEMA license (Illinois Emergency Management Agency)
- ARRT registered in Radiography (ARRT)(R)
- CPR - Basic Life Support certification through American Heart Association
- Clinical and technical competency in Mammography to meet MQSA requirements
- ARRT registration in Mammography within 12 months of start date
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree
- Three or more years of experience in Radiology/Cardiology specialty (highest required years of experience)
Certifications Required
- Basic Life Support (BLS) - AHA or RQI accepted
- ARRT and IEMA certifications for Radiology Tech
- Other certifications may be required depending on specialty area (e.g., ACLS, PALS) but not explicitly required for this role
Experience Requirements

- Negative TB test or chest X-ray per protocol
- Rubeola (Measles), Mumps, Rubella (positive IgG titer or 2 vaccines)
- Hepatitis B vaccine series or positive titer (declinations accepted)
- Varicella (chickenpox) immunity or vaccination
- Seasonal flu vaccination or approved medical/religious exemption during flu season
- COVID-19 vaccination series or declination with required documentation
- Drug testing: 10-panel urine drug screen within 30 days of start (no instants or dilutes accepted)
- OSHA Respiratory Safety clearance if fit test failed
Training and Competency
- Passing score on competency exam required
- Color blindness test required (score of 70% or higher)
- Facility-specific training modules to be completed as assigned
- Sexual harassment training required annually
- Confidentiality, information security, and cannabis acknowledgment forms must be signed prior to start
