Description

Job Opportunity: X-Ray Technician (Travel)

Location: Morristown, New Jersey
Employment Type: Clinical - Allied - Travel
Contract Length: 13 weeks

Job Description

Perform and provide appropriate imaging and treatment processes in accordance with state, federal, and professional guidelines
Maintain all equipment for procedures, ensuring safety and patient comfort
Monitor need for procedure revisions and coordinate daily imaging procedures
Other duties as assigned

Requirements

1 to 3 years of experience as an X-Ray Technician (use 3 years as the required experience)
Graduate of an Accredited Radiography School
Current NJ State RT License
ARRT certification
BLS Certification
Demonstrated knowledge of various imaging equipment including setup, utilization, troubleshooting, and proper care
Up-to-date knowledge of clinical practice trends, healthcare informatics, and new hardware/software technology developments
Strong initiative, problem-solving, analytical skills, and excellent oral and written communication skills
