Job Opportunity: RN - OR Circulating

Location: Rapid City, South Dakota

Contract Length

13 weeks

Required Experience

Minimum 4 years recent circulator experience (higher value between 3-4 years interpreted as 4 years)
Strong orthopedic experience required
Experience with total joints and arthroscopy
Robotics experience highly preferred, especially with MAKO robot

Licensure & Certifications

RN license in South Dakota or a compact state
ACLS certification (must be AHA)
BLS certification (must be AHA)

Job Description & Duties

Circulate primarily in orthopedic surgeries including total joints (MAKO), arthroscopy, spine, foot and ankle, hand, ORIF
Some general surgery, ENT, GYN, and plastics procedures
Work in 11 OR suites and 1 GI suite, handling 30 to 50 cases per day
Use of MAKO robotic equipment

Schedule & Work Conditions

10-hour shifts
No call, no weekends
No floating to other units or departments
Scrubs provided (Ceil Blue)
Must badge in and out at the facility

Additional Requirements

Must note if previously worked for the health system with at least a 6-month gap before submission
Local travelers (within 80 miles) may have adjusted rates (not relevant for job consideration)
