Job Description

Backfill contract for NICU/Pediatric Respiratory Therapist (RRT)
Shift: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM
No call required

Unit Information

Respiratory department
Patient care includes neonates and pediatrics
Typical procedures: Nebulizer treatments, oxygen therapy, ventilator management
Dress code: Olive green tops and black bottoms
Skill set required:
- ACLS, BLS, NRP, PALS certifications mandatory
- ICU, NICU, and PICU experience preferred
Patient ratios and staffing vary by shift
EMR system in use

Requirements

Certifications: ACLS, BLS, NRP, PALS
Valid Respiratory Therapist (RT) License/Certification
Minimum 1 year of experience as an RRT in the specialty
No mention of prior travel experience required

Additional Notes

No weekend or call requirements for this position
