Job Opportunity: Respiratory / Neuro Diagnostics - Charlottesville, Virginia

Position Details

• Health Documents:

  • Physical exam attesting ability to meet physical demands, updated annually
  • Tetanus/Diphtheria/Tdap vaccination (no exemptions allowed)
  • Negative TB test or chest X-ray with specific requirements
  • Annual TB questionnaire if past positive
