Job Opportunity: Respiratory / Neuro Diagnostics - Dallas, Texas

Employment Type: Travel/Contract
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Location: Dallas, Texas (within 90 miles local rate)
Schedule: Weekends and holidays required


Experience Requirements

Background & Compliance Requirements

  • Drug Testing: 10-panel drug screen required within 30 days of start (no rapid screens).
  • Physical Exam: Required within 12 months of start.
  • Fit Mask Test: Completed onsite during orientation; updated annually.
  • Negative TB Test or Chest X-Ray: Negative TSpot or QGold within 12 months; annual updates required.
  • TB Questionnaire: Required annually after positive TB result.
  • Vaccinations & Titers:
    • Tetanus/Diphtheria/Tdap required.
    • Hepatitis B: Vaccine series and positive titer or signed declination form required.
    • Measles (Rubeola), Mumps, Rubella: Positive titers or documentation of 2 MMR vaccines; boosters if titers low.
    • Varicella: Positive titers or documentation of 2 vaccines; boosters if titers low.
    • Seasonal Flu Vaccination or approved medical/religious exemption required during flu season (Oct 1 - Mar 31).
  • References: Two professional references within 3 years required.
