Travel RN Opportunity - Munster, Indiana

Position Details

Specialty: Registered Nurse (RN)
Employment Type: Travel
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Shift: 12-hour shifts (7:00 AM - 7:30 PM), including weekends
Weekly Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours
Weekend Shifts: Alternate weekends
Call Requirements: Required to float to other departments, including Dyer
Required Certifications: BLS, Telemetry
Years of Experience Required: 5 years
Float Requirements: Required

Unit Information

Unit: 2 North
Number of Beds: 24
Patient Ratios: 5:1 or 6:1
Equipment Used: Alaris pumps, SCD machines, PCA pumps, telemetry, posey alarms
EMR System: Epic documentation
Type of Patients: Medical/Surgical

Required Skills and Experience

Telemetry experience
Proficient with Epic documentation
Minimum 5 years of nursing experience in specialty

Dress Code

Scrub Color: Navy blue

Additional Information

Education modules may be required prior to the first day
Parking available within yellow line parking spaces; report to 2 North
