Description

Travel RN - Dialysis

Location: Tuscaloosa, Alabama
Employment Type: Travel

Job Description

Provide dialysis treatments including bedside and peritoneal dialysis.
Must be willing to float to other units and hospitals.
Work schedule options: 36 or 48 hours per week.
Holidays as required; every other weekend.
Dialysis units located on two campuses with varying schedules and call responsibilities.

Requirements

Education: Associate degree in nursing.
Licenses: Registered Nurse license for the State of Alabama or compact license (no temporary licenses accepted).
Certifications: AHA BLS or Red Cross certification.
Experience:
- Minimum 2 years of RN experience.
- At least 1 year of dialysis experience required.
- Professional Nursing Certification preferred.
Language: Must be able to read, write, speak, and comprehend English.
Prior Travel Experience: Not required.

Additional Information

Clinical position, patient-facing.
EMR system: Meditech.
Dress code: Solid navy scrubs.
Must be willing to float to other units/hospitals.
Parking available.
