Licensure & Compliance

• New Mexico RN license required (cannot be pending at submission)
• COVID-19 vaccination required (religious and medical exemptions accepted with proper documentation)

Health & Background Requirements

• 7-year criminal background check within 30 days of start, updated annually
• EPLS/GSA/SAM and HHS/OIG checks required within 30 days of start and updated for renewals
• Fingerprinting required within 10 days of orientation
• Physical exam within 1 year prior to start
• Fit mask test required within 1 year of start
• Tdap vaccine required (declinations accepted)
• Negative TB test or chest X-ray within 1 year
• Annual TB questionnaire required
• Required immunizations or positive titers: Measles, Mumps, Rubella, Hepatitis B, Varicella
• Negative 10-panel drug screen within 30 days of start (THC screen not required)
• Flu vaccine or approved exemption required annually
• COVID-19 vaccine required with medical or religious exemptions accepted
