Job Opportunity: Interventional Radiology Technician
Location: Westerville, Ohio
Employment Type: Long-Term Assignment (LTA)
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Work Schedule
- Dayshift: 4 days per week, 10 hours per day (06:30 AM - 05:00 PM)
- Call: 14 days of call in a 6-week schedule
- Call hours: Monday-Friday 4:00 PM - 7:00 AM, Saturday and Sunday 24/7
Required Certifications and Licenses
- BLS (American Heart Association certification)
- Current state license/certification verification (dated within 30 days of start)
Health and Compliance Requirements
- Fit Test
- 10-panel drug screen (completed within 30 days of start)
- COVID-19 vaccine (including booster by Sept 2025) or approved exemption/declination (declination not accepted in CA or IL)
- MMR vaccination proof (2 doses or IgG titer)
- Hepatitis B vaccination series (at least first dose prior to start)
- Influenza vaccine or approved exemption/declination (declination not accepted in CA or IL)
- 2 Step PPD OR IGRA (Quantiferon/Tspot) with chest x-ray if positive TB as per regional requirements
- Varicella vaccination proof or IgG titer
- Physical/Health Statement confirming fitness to work (exam within last year)
- Color Vision test
Professional and Compliance Documentation
- Signed Code of Conduct form
- Completed I9 form
- Confidentiality and System Security Agreement
- Integrity and Audit Services Form (signed shortly before start)
- Conflict of Interest Disclosure Form
- Criminal Background Check (federal, nationwide, county for last 7 years, including SSN verification, dated within 30 days of start)
- Education Verification (highest academic degree or diploma/GED)
- EPLS (Excluded Parties List System) check dated within 30 days
- GSA/OIG exclusion check dated within 30 days
- Joint Commission CORE Exam within the last year
- NSO (National Sex Offender) check dated within 30 days
- System Access Form (to be completed and uploaded one week before start)
