Job Opportunity: Interventional Radiology Technician

Location: Westerville, Ohio
Employment Type: Long-Term Assignment (LTA)
Contract Length: 13 weeks

Work Schedule

• Dayshift: 4 days per week, 10 hours per day (06:30 AM - 05:00 PM)
• Call: 14 days of call in a 6-week schedule
• Call hours: Monday-Friday 4:00 PM - 7:00 AM, Saturday and Sunday 24/7

Required Certifications and Licenses

• BLS (American Heart Association certification)
• Current state license/certification verification (dated within 30 days of start)

Health and Compliance Requirements

• Fit Test
• 10-panel drug screen (completed within 30 days of start)
• COVID-19 vaccine (including booster by Sept 2025) or approved exemption/declination (declination not accepted in CA or IL)
• MMR vaccination proof (2 doses or IgG titer)
• Hepatitis B vaccination series (at least first dose prior to start)
• Influenza vaccine or approved exemption/declination (declination not accepted in CA or IL)
• 2 Step PPD OR IGRA (Quantiferon/Tspot) with chest x-ray if positive TB as per regional requirements
• Varicella vaccination proof or IgG titer
• Physical/Health Statement confirming fitness to work (exam within last year)
• Color Vision test

Professional and Compliance Documentation

• Signed Code of Conduct form
• Completed I9 form
• Confidentiality and System Security Agreement
• Integrity and Audit Services Form (signed shortly before start)
• Conflict of Interest Disclosure Form
• Criminal Background Check (federal, nationwide, county for last 7 years, including SSN verification, dated within 30 days of start)
• Education Verification (highest academic degree or diploma/GED)
• EPLS (Excluded Parties List System) check dated within 30 days
• GSA/OIG exclusion check dated within 30 days
• Joint Commission CORE Exam within the last year
• NSO (National Sex Offender) check dated within 30 days
• System Access Form (to be completed and uploaded one week before start)
