Travel RN Opportunity - GI Unit

Location: Arlington, Texas
Employment Type: Travel

Unit Information

Unit: Gastrointestinal (GI)
Beds: 2 Endoscopy rooms
Staff: 6 total (Day shift: 1 charge nurse, 2 RNs, 1 tech)
Patient Ratio: 1:1
EMR System: Meditech
Typical Procedures:
- EGD (Esophagogastroduodenoscopy)
- Colonoscopy
- ERCP (Endoscopic Retrograde Cholangiopancreatography)
- PEG (Percutaneous Endoscopic Gastrostomy)
- Bronchoscopy
- EBUS (Endobronchial Ultrasound)

Requirements

Specialty: Registered Nurse (RN) with Gastrointestinal experience
Years of Experience: Minimum 1 year GI experience (highest required)
Certifications:
- BLS (Basic Life Support)
- ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support)
Licenses: Registered Nurse License
Prior Travel Experience: Not required

Work Schedule & Environment

Shift: Day shift
Call: Rotating weekday call starting at 3pm; weekend call 24 hours
Dress Code: Hospital provided scrubs
Personality Fit: Accountability, leadership, willingness, positive attitude, and flexibility
