Job Opportunity: Anesthesia Technician
Location: Jamaica Plain, Massachusetts
Employment Type: Long-Term Assignment (LTA)
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Work Schedule
- 40 hours per week
- Monday to Friday, 1:00 PM to 9:30 PM

Personal Health History

- References: Two recent references, at least one supervisor or above, in skillset. Required for submission.
- Skills Checklist: Required for submission.
- Confirmation of Assignment/POI Form: Required for all initial assignments and extensions, updated if start date changes. Required for onboarding.
- Education Verification: Verified through background check company, must verify highest level of education achieved. Required for onboarding.
- SSN Trace: Must be run with criminal check, listing addresses/aliases for past 7 years. Required for onboarding.
- National Sex Offender Check: Ran within 30 days of start and updated annually. Required for onboarding.
- Exclusion Checks: Ran within 30 days of start and annually, including OIG, GSA, MassHealth & NH Medicaid exclusion lists. Required for onboarding.
