Job Description

• Work in an outpatient behavioral health clinic.
• Schedule: Monday to Friday, no weekends or holidays.
• Accepts first-time travelers.
• Must have an Illinois clinical license (LCSW, LCPC, or LMFT) and an NPI number.
• Must be enrolled with Medicare and Medicaid for billing hospital and professional fees.
• Epic experience required.
• Skills required:

  • Outpatient clinic work
  • Assessments and evaluations
  • Establishing and revising goals and plans of care
  • Collaborative care and documentation
  • Adult and child protective services
  • Psychiatric disorders knowledge
  • Billing codes under DSM-5-TR
  • Individual, couples, parent-child, and family therapy sessions
  • Potential to facilitate Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) group sessions

Experience Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in the specialty.
• Prior travel experience not required.

Certifications & Licensure

• Must hold one of the following licenses:

  • Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
  • Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC)
  • Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)
• Illinois clinical license required.
• Must be enrolled with Medicare and Medicaid.
• Epic system experience required.

Work Schedule

• Monday through Friday
• No weekends or holidays

Compliance & Documentation Requirements

• Criminal background check within 12 months of start.
• Government-issued photo ID.
• I-9 verification.
• E-Verify compliance.
• Residency declaration if working on a compact license in a different state.
• Physical exam within 1 year indicating good health.
• Negative drug screen within 12 months of start.
• TB test (PPD, Qgold, or TSPOT) within 12 months; chest x-ray if positive PPD.
• Flu vaccine or approved medical/religious exemption required annually.
• COVID vaccination preferred.
• OSHA Respirator Clearance required prior to start.
• Fit mask testing completed onsite during orientation.
• Completion of facility-specific orientation modules and agreements prior to start.
• Photo for badge (passport style, plain background).
• References and skills checklist as part of credentialing.

Additional Notes

• Candidates must complete all required facility-specific documents and orientation checklists.
• Background checks and state-specific registry searches may be required depending on the state.
• Candidates will be fit tested onsite during the first week of orientation.
• Modules and training must be completed annually or as required by the facility.
