Job Description

• Work in an outpatient behavioral health clinic.
• Schedule: Monday to Friday, no weekends or holidays.
• Accepts first-time travelers.
• Must have 1 year of experience in the specialty.
• Certifications required: Must hold one of the following - LCSW, LCPC, or LMFT.
• Must have an Illinois clinical license, NPI number, and be enrolled with Medicare and Medicaid for billing.
• Epic experience required.
• Skills needed:

  • Outpatient clinic operations
  • Assessments and evaluations
  • Establishing and revising goals and plans of care
  • Collaborative care and documentation
  • Adult and child protective services
  • Psychiatric disorders knowledge
  • Billing codes under DSM-5-TR
  • Individual, couples, parent-child, and family therapy sessions
  • Potential to facilitate Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) group sessions

Experience Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in Social Services specialty.
• Prior travel experience not required (accepts first-time travelers).

Licensure & Certifications

• Must have one of the following certifications:

  • Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
  • Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC)
  • Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)
• Illinois clinical license required.
• Must have NPI number.
• Enrollment with Medicare and Medicaid required.

Required Skills & Competencies

• Experience with Epic electronic health records.
• Ability to conduct assessments, evaluations, and develop care plans.
• Knowledge of psychiatric disorders and DSM-5-TR billing codes.
• Experience with individual, couples, parent-child, and family therapy.
• Ability to facilitate group therapy sessions (IOP) is a plus.

Work Schedule

• Monday through Friday
• No weekends or holidays

Compliance & Documentation Requirements

• Criminal background check within 12 months.
• Government-issued photo ID.
• I-9 verification.
• E-Verify compliance.
• Residency declaration if working on a compact license in a different state.
• Physical exam within 1 year indicating good health.
• Negative drug screen within 12 months.
• TB testing (PPD, Qgold, or TSPOT) within 12 months; chest x-ray within 5 years if positive PPD.
• Required immunizations or proof of immunity (Rubeola, Mumps, Rubella, Varicella, Hepatitis B).
• Flu vaccine or approved medical/religious exemption (renewed annually).
• COVID vaccination preferred.
• OSHA Respirator Clearance prior to start.
• Fit mask testing onsite during first week of orientation.
• Completion of facility-specific orientation modules and agreements prior to start.
• Photo for badge (passport style, plain background).
• References and skills checklist as part of credentialing.
