Job Opportunity: COTA (Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant) - Travel Position

Location: Ada, Oklahoma
Contract Length: 13 weeks (approximately 3 months)
Start Date: May 1, 2026

Facility Setting: Primarily Medical/Surgical with occasional Acute Rehab
Number of Beds: 70 Med/Surg beds, 12 Acute Rehab beds
Reason for Opening: Coverage for Leave
Floating Requirements: May be required to float to Acute Rehab unit
EMR System: EPIC
Dress Code: Black scrubs
Parking: Onsite

Experience Requirements

Years of Experience: 1-2 years in specialty (higher value used)
Preferred Experience Level: New graduates considered with appropriate clinical affiliation
Prior Travel Experience: Not explicitly required
