Schedule

• 4x9 shifts: Monday to Thursday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
• Friday: 8:00 AM - 1:00 PM
• Day shift only
• No weekends required
• Guaranteed hours

• Locals accepted within a 50-mile radius
• Pending license accepted
• Special Requirements: Experience or knowledge related to eating disorders and addiction preferred

Compliance & Documentation Requirements

Background Checks

• 7-year criminal background check within 90 days of start
• EPLS/GSA/SAM checks required and must be updated annually
• HHS/OIG checks required and must be updated annually
• Education verification required
• State-specific search (South Carolina SLED) required

Certifications (as applicable)

• ACLS, BLS, PALS, NRP, CHEMO, TNCC certifications as required by specialty or unit (not specifically required for this role)
• State license primary source verification required
• NURSYS verification for applicable licenses

Health Documents

• Initial physical exam, updated annually
• Negative TB test or chest X-ray per facility guidelines
• TB questionnaire for positive TB status, updated annually
• Proof of immunity or vaccination for Rubeola (Measles), Mumps, Rubella, Hepatitis B, Varicella
• Negative drug screen within 90 days of start
• Seasonal flu vaccination or declination acceptable
• COVID vaccination series or approved exemption required

Facility Specific

• Online orientation and training required prior to start
• Photo submission on plain background for badge issuance
• Completion of facility-specific checklists and forms as applicable
• Respirator questionnaire to be completed and brought to orientation

Additional Notes

• Proof of 2 clinical references required
• Verification of past 7 years of employment required (not for Housekeeping)
• Performance and internal evaluations required if previously employed at the facility for over 1 or 2 years respectively
