Description

Job Opportunity: CVICU Registered Nurse (RN)

Location: Glenwood Springs, Colorado
Employment Type: Contract
Contract Length: 13 weeks

Job Description

Seeking experienced CVICU RNs with Day 0 CVICU experience.
Must be willing to cover CCU as well.
Facility includes 2 Cath Labs (one is a Hybrid Cath Lab).
Work 12-hour night shifts including weekend rotations.
Must participate in call rotation, taking 1 call shift per 2-week period if requested due to staffing needs.
Opportunity to work in a smaller, community-focused hospital.

Requirements

Strong CVICU skills with Day 0 CVICU experience.
Minimum 3 years of RN Critical Care experience.
Valid Colorado RN license in good standing.
BLS and ACLS certifications through the American Heart Association.
Flu vaccine required (no exemptions).
Must be located at least 75 miles away from the facility (radius rule).

Additional Information

Housing potential: Newly remodeled studio and small 1-bedroom apartments available near the hospital, fully furnished with utilities and Wi-Fi included (availability based).
Certifications required: ACLS, BLS/BCLS.
Prior travel experience is NOT explicitly required.
