Travel Respiratory Therapist (RRT) - Johnson, Arkansas

Position Details

Experience & Requirements

• Years of Experience: Minimum 1+ year in Level 3 NICU or higher required
• Prior Travel Experience: Not specified (assumed not required)
• Education: Associate’s degree
• Licensure: Licensed to practice in Arkansas
• Certifications: Current AHA or ARC BLS, PALS, NRP, and ACLS required

Job Description

• Provide cardiopulmonary services following approved protocols and department policies.
• Assist physicians with invasive and non-invasive procedures.
• Deliver medicated aerosols via medical compressed gas.
• Maintain airways and manage ventilators.
• Perform insertion of arterial lines and intubations.
• Conduct pulmonary function studies, cardiac and pulmonary stress tests, and blood gases.

Additional Notes

• Permanent residence must be 50+ miles from the facility.
• Position requires working in a Level 3 NICU or higher environment.
• Night shift with every other weekend coverage required.
