Job Opportunity: RN Medical / Surgical / Telemetry

Location: Grove City, Ohio
Employment Type: Long-Term Assignment (LTA)
Shift: Night shift, 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM
Contract Length: 13 weeks

Required Specialty Experience

• Registered Nurse with Medical/Surgical and Telemetry experience

• Trinity Profile submission including resume, skills checklist (within 1 year), and 2 professional references
• Confidentiality and Security Agreement signed
• Conflict of Interest Disclosure Form signed
• Criminal Background Check (7 years, federal and county) dated within 30 days of start
• Education Verification (highest level of academic education)
• EPLS (Excluded Parties List System) check dated within 30 days
• GSA/OIG exclusion check dated within 30 days
• Integrity and Audit Services Form signed shortly before start
• Joint Commission CORE Exam within the last year
• NSO (National Sex Offender) check dated within 30 days
• System Access Form completed and uploaded one week before start
• Skills Checklist provided by agency for clinical contractors
• Specialty Specific Competency Testing completed within the last year
• Code of Conduct Form signed
• I9 form completed by agency
• Color Vision test
