Job Description

• Provide cardiopulmonary services to inpatients and outpatients following approved protocols and department policies.
• Assist physicians with invasive and non-invasive procedures.
• Responsibilities include:

  • Delivery of medicated aerosols via medical compressed gas
  • Maintaining airways and ventilator management
  • Insertion of arterial lines and intubations
  • Pulmonary function studies
  • Cardiac and pulmonary stress tests
  • Blood gas analysis

Requirements

• Certification:

  • Must have NBRC Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) certification
  • Must have Ohio Respiratory Therapist license
  • Must have ACLS & BLS certifications (American Heart Association)
• Experience:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in Respiratory Therapy specialty
• Employment Type: Travel contract
• Contract Length: 12 weeks
