• Shift Staffing:

  • Day Shift: 1 charge nurse, 3 RNs
  • Night Shift: 1 charge nurse, 3 RNs
• Patient Ratios: Typically 5:1, sometimes 4:1 (estimated)
• EMR System: Meditech

Requirements

• Licenses/Certifications:

  • Registered Nurse License (RN)
  • BLS Certification
• Experience: Minimum 2 years in specialty (Med Surg Oncology)
• Preferred: Chemotherapy Certification
