Job Opportunity: Therapy/Rehabilitation - Travel/Contract

Location: Kellogg, Idaho
Contract Length: 13 weeks (approximately 3 months)
Start Date: September 15
Shift Schedule:

• 4 days per week (Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday)
• 10-hour shifts (4 x 10s)
• No weekends required
• No on-call required

Job Requirements

• Experience: Minimum 1 year of Physical Therapy experience required
• Prior Travel Experience: Not required (first-time travelers accepted)
• Floating: Approximately 80% outpatient, 20% inpatient
• Certifications:

  • Current BLS (Basic Life Support) required
• EMR System: Mediworks
• Block Scheduling: Allowed

Compliance & Documentation Requirements

• Proof of I9 or Attestation
• Government issued photo ID (must be carried during hours of service)
• Proof of E-Verify or Attestation
• Background Checks:

  • 7-year criminal check within the last year, updated annually
  • EPLS/GSA/SAM and HHS/OIG checks within 30 days of start and updated for renewals
• Licensure:

  • State License verification required (Primary Source Verification)
  • NURSYS verification as applicable (for RNs)
• Certifications:

  • BLS (current)
  • ACLS, PALS, NRP, TNCC as required (depending on role)
• Competency Exams: Required as applicable by profession
• Physical Exam: Initial and updated annually, attesting ability to meet physical demands
• Fit Mask: Must be fit tested prior to start date (onsite fit testing available if needed)
• Immunizations & Health Documentation:

  • Negative TB test or chest X-ray within 1 year, updated annually
  • Measles (Rubeola), Mumps, Rubella: Titer or 2 vaccines
  • Hepatitis B: Titer, vaccine series, or declination
  • Varicella: Titer or 2 vaccines
  • Seasonal Flu Vaccination: Required annually (no declinations accepted; medical/religious exemptions require documentation and mask-wearing)
  • COVID-19: Initial vaccine series required
• Drug Testing: 9-panel drug screen within last 12 months (instant acceptable)
• References: Proof of 2 clinical references or hospital evaluations
• Skills Checklist: Must be updated annually for applicable unit

• Performance evaluations required if previously worked with the agency for over 1 year

This position is suitable for therapists with at least 1 year of experience in physical therapy who are open to a travel contract in Idaho with a defined schedule and no weekend or call requirements.
