Job Opportunity: Registered Nurse (RN) – Med Surg / Med Surg/Telemetry (Nights)

Location: Rock Island, Illinois
Employment Type: Temporary Transitioned
Contract Length: 13 weeks

Job Description

• Provide professional and clinical nursing care as part of an interdisciplinary team.
• May be required to float within the same discipline across local campuses.
• Work schedule: 36-40 hours per week, with overtime billable after 40 hours.
• Orientation available on scheduled dates throughout the year.
• Electronic Medical Record system used: EPIC.

Requirements

• Specialty: Registered Nurse (RN)
• Years of Experience: Minimum 2 years of previous nursing experience required.
• Prior Travel Experience: At least 1 prior travel contract completed is required.
• Certifications:

  • BLS (Basic Life Support) – required
  • ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) – required
  • CPR – required
• Additional Requirements:

  • Valid Driver’s License
  • Work history/resume
  • Skills checklist completed within 1 year of submission
  • License verification
  • Copy of required certifications
  • One supervisory reference at time of submission
• Must have a taxable address located more than 50 miles from the facility.

Additional Information

• May be asked to float across multiple campuses in the region.
• Night shift position in Med Surg / Med Surg/Telemetry specialty.
• Overtime and holiday pay multipliers apply.
• Call back and on-call pay available.

This position is ideal for experienced RNs with prior travel contract experience looking for a temporary assignment in a Med Surg/Telemetry setting.
