Job Opportunity: RN - ICU (Travel)

Location: Albany, New York
Specialty: Registered Nurse (RN) - ICU
Employment Type: Travel
Contract Length: 13 weeks

Job Description

Epic experience is REQUIRED.
Candidates must not be local to certain ineligible counties (effective 1/11/2024).
Preferred candidates have Level I trauma center experience.
Experience floating to a variety of ICUs is highly desired.
Must be comfortable and competent caring for ICU patients in the following units:
- Neuro/Trauma SICU
- MICU
- CPS/VICU
- CCU
- Progressive Critical Care Unit (PCCU)
- ICU/PACU patients in the ED awaiting bed placement

Requirements

Minimum 2 years of experience in ICU nursing specialty.
Prior travel experience is not explicitly required.

Additional Notes

The position involves working in a Level I trauma center environment with diverse ICU patient populations.
Flexibility to float across multiple ICU units is important.
