• Weekly Guaranteed Hours: 36
• Weekend Hours: Every Other Weekend (EOW)
• Call Requirements: None
• Patient Population: All (varied age groups)
• EHR System: Meditech / PACS-NovaRad
• Equipment: GE

Requirements

• Licensure: Active or pending Registered Nurse license in Virginia
• Certifications:

  • BLS (Basic Life Support)
  • RDMS certification (Registered Diagnostic Medical Sonographer)
• Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in Medical-Surgical nursing (highest required years of experience)
• Skills:

  • General abdomen, routine vascular, small parts, pelvic, and OB sonography skills
  • Preferred: Registered Vascular Technologist (RVT) with at least 1 year experience

Additional Information

• Dress code: Scrubs in any color combination; jeans and tee shirts are not acceptable
• No float requirements
• No call responsibilities
