Job Opportunity: Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT)

Required Experience

Background Checks & Compliance

• 7-year background check required within 30 days of start, updated annually
• EPLS/GSA/SAM and HHS/OIG checks required within 30 days of start
• Facility-specific standards of conduct, behavior, dress code, and COVID declination forms required
• Orientation and safety training modules must be completed within 72 hours of signing contract
• Annual TB test/quantiferon required and must be updated if gap >30 days

Health & Immunization Requirements

• Physical exam within 1 year of start, must be completed within 72 hours of contract signing
• Fit mask test within 1 year, updated annually (N-95 or Halyard Orange Duckbill masks only)
• TDAP vaccine within 10 years of start
• Negative TB test or chest X-ray (PPD, QGold, or TSpot within 1 year; chest X-ray within 2 years if positive)
• Measles (Rubeola), Mumps, Rubella: Positive titer or 2 vaccines required; booster if low/equivocal titer
• Hepatitis B: Positive titer, series, or declination required
• Varicella: Positive titer or 2 vaccines required; booster if low/equivocal titer
• Drug testing: Negative 10-panel drug screen within 30 days of start; plan for completion within 72 hours of signing contract
• Seasonal flu vaccination or declination required during flu season (Oct-April); mask required if declination submitted

Additional Requirements
