Job Opportunity: Radiologic Technologist (Night Shift)

Job Description

• Perform medical imaging procedures (routine radiography) for diagnosis or treatment in a clinical setting.
• Utilize expertise in patient handling, physics, anatomy, physiology, pathology, and radiology to:

  • Assess patients
  • Develop optimal radiologic techniques or plans
  • Evaluate resulting radiographic images
• Perform minor clinical clerical duties.
• May float to any of 7 clinic locations to provide coverage during staff absences or vacancies.
• Reports to Medical Imaging Manager with indirect reporting to Clinic Administrator.

Schedule

• 0.8 FTE (Full-Time Equivalent)
• Night shift: Four 12-hour night shifts per pay period plus two 8-hour PM or day shifts

Required Qualifications

• Graduate from an approved Radiologic Technology program
• 0-2 years of experience in a hospital or clinic setting (higher value interpreted as 2 years)
• American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) certification
• Licensed by the State of Wisconsin

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous Radiologic Technologist experience
• Knowledge of Epic Ambulatory EMR, RIS, and PACS systems
