Description

Job Opportunity: X-Ray Technician

Location: Morristown, New Jersey
Employment Type: Travel Contract (Clinical - Allied)
Contract Length: 13 weeks

Job Description

Perform and provide appropriate imaging and treatment processes in accordance with state, federal, and professional guidelines
Maintain all imaging equipment, ensuring safety and proper functioning
Assess patient comfort (physical and physiological) during procedures
Monitor and coordinate daily imaging procedures, including any necessary revisions
Other duties as assigned

Requirements

Experience: 3 years of experience as an X-Ray Technician (highest required)
Demonstrated knowledge of various imaging equipment, including setup, utilization, troubleshooting, and maintenance
Current knowledge of clinical practice trends, healthcare informatics, and new hardware/software innovations
Strong initiative, problem-solving, analytical skills, and excellent oral and written communication
Graduate of an accredited Radiography School
Valid New Jersey State RT License
ARRT Certification
BLS Certification
